Start date: Select the day of your event (your garment will arrive 1-2 days prior to your start date).
Local orders close at 4pm for same-day pickup.
Orders placed for same day events/pickup will be available for collection after 5:30pm.
This option is for trying on only. Your order will be processed like a local pickup order (you must take it away to try on, and return it the next day by 6pm).
Try ons cannot be booked for dates more than 7 days in advance.

Return date: The following business day after your event. for Friday/Saturday/Sunday events, this is Monday.

Your garment will be prepared with security tags attached. If these tags are removed during your try on, the remaining 50% rental fee will be charged.

Keep in mind that standard rental terms still apply, and we expect you to treat the garment with care.
The $15 Damage Waiver is non-refundable. If you rent multiple garments, the Damage Waiver applies to only one.
Accidental damage includes, but is not limited to: rips, stains, zip breakage, strap breakage, drink spills.
Intentional damage includes, but is not limited to: alterations made to garments, removal of hanging ribbons, damage from washing the garment prior to return, inadequately folding garment resulting in damage in transit, heavily soiled hems.
