Please remember that our garments are rentals and have likely been worn to special events before. We take great pride in maintaining them to a high standard and keeping them looking their best, but they should not be expected to be in brand-new, fresh-out-of-the-shop condition.

Perfect

Garment is in perfect/expected rental condition. No visible signs of wear or damage.

Expected rental condition can include very small or minor fabric marks or abrasions, light fabric wear around long hems, marks or abrasions on internal surfaces of garment.

Very Good

Garment is in expected rental condition, it has been worn a few times but remains undamaged and near new condition.

Expected rental condition can include very small or minor fabric marks or abrasions, light fabric wear around long hems, marks or abrasions on internal surfaces of garment.

Great

Garment has been to lots of events, some minor flaws (light hem markings, minor fabric abrasions) that do not affect the rental or how it looks in general.

Good

Garment has been well loved and has a few flaws that can be seen (noted in description), discounted price to reflect this.
