Our work hours

We aim to provide a quick, seamless rental service, alongside full-time work.

We are available to pack and prepare orders, and respond to inquiries outside the hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm.

When can I contact you?

Feel free to send un inquiries via Instagram DM or Email at any time of the day! We will respond at our earliest convenience (usually before 8:30am, or after 5pm).

Advance notice bookings (>1 week before event date)

Your order will be prepared and dispatched as normal!

Postal orders will be dispatched on or before Wednesday.

Local orders will be available for collection from Thursday morning.

Short notice bookings (<1 week before event date)

Postal orders: We are unable to prepare bookings for same-day dispatch. All bookings for the upcoming weekend must be placed before 7pm Tuesday, to allow them to be prepared for dispatch on Wednesday.

Local orders: Late notice bookings will be prepared for same-day collection after work hours (5pm).

Earlier preparation is not possible. Please keep this in mind if you are booking for same-day events.
