Backup Rentals

Can't decide between two garments, or not sure what will suit you best? We are excited to share that we now offer backup rentals!

How these work:

1. Add two garments to cart. The booking date for both garments must be the same.

2. Enter the code 'BACKUP' at checkout, and complete payment. This code will reduce the price of the cheaper garment by 50%.

3. Both garments will arrive with security tags attached. Try on both garments, and please only remove the security tag from the garment you decide to wear.

4. Package both garments into the supplied return bag, and return as normal following your event!

Terms - backup rentals:

• Any orders placed using the backup rental discount code where different rental dates are selected for each garment will incur an invoice for the remaining rental amount, as well as any additional shipping costs associated with separate orders.
• Backup rentals cannot be refunded/credited once the order has been dispatched. 
• Orders placed using the backup rental discount code are non-refundable once dispatched. This includes the rental fee paid for both the primary and backup garment.
• If both security tags are removed, the customer will be invoiced the remaining rental amount due.
• If a friend/family member would like to wear your backup garment please contact us to arrange remaining payment due!
• If security tags remain intact, but garment/s display signs of wear (ie odours, marks, damage), the remaining rental amount will be invoiced.
