Concerned about potential damage to your garment? For an additional $15, you can add our optional Damage Waiver for $150 of coverage!

Our Damage Waiver does cover:

  • Specialist cleaning fees up to the value of $150
  • Damage/seamstress fees up to the value of $150
  • Replacement costs up to the value of $150

The Damage Waiver does not cover:

  • Late return fees
  • Failure to return the garment
  • Replacement costs of garments >$150.

Keep in mind that standard rental terms still apply, and we expect you to treat the garment with care.

The $15 Damage Waiver is non-refundable. If you rent multiple garments, the Damage Waiver applies to only one.

Nationwide postage is $16 and will be added at checkout. Please ensure you select Post as your delivery method when you reach checkout, or your order may be cancelled.

Pickups are between 7am and 9pm at Upper Riccarton, Christchurch.
