Concerned about potential damage to your garment? For an additional $15, you can add our optional Damage Waiver for $150 of accidental damage coverage!

Our Damage Waiver does cover:

  • Specialist cleaning fees up to the value of $150
  • Damage/seamstress fees up to the value of $150
  • Replacement costs up to the value of $150

The Damage Waiver does not cover:

  • Late return fees
  • Intentional damage to garments
  • Replacement costs of garments >$150.

Keep in mind that standard rental terms still apply, and we expect you to treat the garment with care.

The $15 Damage Waiver is non-refundable. If you rent multiple garments, the Damage Waiver applies to only one.

Accidental damage includes, but is not limited to: rips, stains, zip breakage, strap breakage, drink spills.

Intentional damage includes, but is not limited to: alterations made to garments, removal of hanging ribbons, damage from washing the garment prior to return, inadequately folding garment resulting in damage in transit.
