Local Pickup Try Ons - Christchurch

Cost: 50% of rental fee. Up to 2 garments per try on.

Pick up Try ons can be booked online no more than one week in advance. Please read the process below carefully! 

How to book:

  1. Browse our collection and decide which garment/s you would like to try on.
  2. Click the 'Local Pickup Try On' button above the booking calendar on the product page.
  3. Try ons cannot be booked more than 7 days in advance.
  4. Check out as usual and use the code 'LOCALTRYON' at checkout to reduce the cost by 50%.
  5. You'll receive your try on pickup information via email on the morning of your try on! Your garment/s will have security tags attached. Do not remove these.

When your try on date arrives:

  1. We will email you with the collection address and pickup box location.
  2. You can collect the garment/s any time that suits you.
  3. Return the garment/s to the pickup box by 6pm the next day, unworn, with security tags still attached.

Terms of pickup try ons:

  • The try on fee is not redeemable.
  • If the availability calendar displays no upcoming availability before your event date, the garment is unfortunately unavailable to try on.
  • Rental bookings always take priority over try ons. This is why we do not allow try on bookings more than 7 days in advance.
  • If the garment is returned with no security tags, marks, damages or odours all damage terms and conditions apply, and you will be charged the rental cost of the garment.
  • Damage waiver is not available for try ons (though they are available, and recommended for event bookings following a pickup try on).
  • Garment condition may deteriorate between your try on, and event booking. We will contact you if this occurs.
  • We cannot hold garments for your event date.
