Shipping
Our shipping labels are automatically generated with the details supplied by the customer.
All postal rentals are shipped with overnight courier 2-5 days before your booking to ensure your garment arrives to you at least 1 day before your event. We aim to have it to you 1-4 days prior. All postal orders include a return satchel to save you the hassle of buying and addressing bags.
If you misplace the return bag you will be required to purchase a new one, with overnight courier. You are responsible for the cost of the replacement bag.

Larger items are typically boned/structured corsets, large bubble hems, and other garments that cannot be compacted into our standard size bags.
We always aim to reduce additional shipping costs, and with recent NZPost price increases we have had to raise shipping costs to meet these prices.
Shipping options:
Overnight courier - Urban: We send all orders via NZPost Business Courier service, which has an overnight delivery estimate. This service can be subject to delays and may take 2 or more days to arrive.
Rural Shipping: All order placed under a rural address must select rural shipping at checkout. This service typically takes an additional 2-3 days for delivery, please consider this when placing an order. Orders placed for urban delivery, with a rural address attached will be subject to dispatch delays until required additional shipping costs are paid.
Free pickups are available in Ilam, Christchurch. Pickups will be available 1-3 days before your event, and all rentals must be dropped back the next business day after your event.
